I am a freelance writer and translator based in Catalonia in north-east Spain. Having worked full-time as a translator for over 20 years, I am now focusing on writing.

I specialize in features and articles for newspapers and magazines, whether print or online, as well as producing professional copy for tourist offices, travel-related websites and hospitality establishments. I am also currently writing a book on the Costa Brava which is due to be published in 2023.

My specialist areas are, unsurprisingly, Catalonia and Spain, with an emphasis on local culture, history and traditions, travel and tourism, food and wine, and the natural world. You’ll find a selection of previously-published material in the CLIPS section of this site.
